場地使用條款

 

會員帳戶: 預約時使用之電郵地址。

預約與取消

• 預約一經確認，即代表同意以下預約與取消條款。
• 如需更改預約時間或取消預約，請於預約時段前48小時，透過確認電郵中的連結申請。
• 每次預約最多更改一次，且新預約須在未來60天內完成；若更改後的新預約時段其後仍需取消，將以購物金形式退回一半款項至有關會員帳戶，有效期為60日。
• 如於預約時段48小時前取消之預約，將以購物金形式退回全數款項至有關會員帳戶，有效期為60天。
• 如於預約時段48小時內取消之預約，將以購物金形式退回一半款項至有關會員帳戶，有效期為60天。
• 所有因取消或改期而產生之購物金，須於取消或改期當日起計60日內聯絡客服處理，逾期恕不補發。
• 如天文臺懸掛8號或以上颱風信號或黑色暴雨警告，場地照常開放；租用人亦可選擇於60天內重新安排預約；或以購物金形式退回全數款項至有關會員帳戶，有效期為60天。
• 租用人如無法取場，應盡早取消，否則已繳費用可能不退還。

使用時間與超時

• 租用時間包括準備及收拾時間，須準時交還場地，以免影響其他租用人士。
• 超時15分鐘或以上，視作半小時計算；超時30分鐘以上，視作1小時計算。
• 逾時超過20分鐘未到場，場地有權取消預訂且不退費。

場地使用規定

• 僅限於申請時指定用途使用，未經許可不得分租。如需要更改用途，請透過WhatsApp聯絡客服。
• 使用者須穿著適合的服裝及鞋履進入舞蹈室。
• 場地容許使用高跟鞋。
• 如發現場地及場地內的設備有被刻意破壞之嚴重損毀，場地有權即時取消其預約及向使用者追討維修費用。

• 場地內嚴禁吸煙，並禁止於場地內進食或飲用具強烈氣味的食物、飲料（如榴槤、麻辣燙等）。

• 使用者須自行帶走所有垃圾，食物垃圾請棄置於場地外的大廈垃圾桶，並須保持場地清潔整潔。

• 使用者如因留下食物垃圾或攜帶帶有異味的食物而造成環境衛生問題，場地有權收回不少於港幣500元的清潔費用，並禁止該使用者再次申請使用場地。

商業用途及拍攝

• 商業拍攝如電影、廣告、MV等，請透過WhatsApp聯絡客服。

安全與責任

• 租用者須遵守香港法例及政府指引，並確保活動不侵犯第三方知識產權。
• 如天文臺懸掛8號或以上颱風信號或黑色暴雨警告，場地會照常開放；如暫停開放將會另行通知。
• 如有任何爭議，liltlilt.space將保留最終決定權。

Booking and Cancellation

• Once a booking is confirmed, it is deemed that you agree to the following booking and cancellation terms.
• To change or cancel a booking, please apply via the link provided in the confirmation email, at least 48 hours in advance.
• Each booking can be changed at most once, and the new booking must be completed within 30 days; if the new booking is cancelled again, HALF of the payment will be refunded as store credit to the member account, valid for 60 days.
• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the booked time will be refunded in FULL as store credit to the member account, valid for 60 days.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the booked time will be refunded HALF of the payment as store credit to the member account, valid for 60 days.
• Any store credit caused by cancellation or rescheduling MUST be handled by contacting customer service within 60 days from the date of cancellation or rescheduling. Late requests will not be accepted.
• When the Hong Kong Observatory hoists a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, or a Black Rainstorm Warning, the venue will remain open; renters may choose to reschedule within 60 days or receive a full refund as store credit to the member account, valid for 60 days.
• If the renter cannot use the venue, please cancel as early as possible; otherwise, the payment may not be refunded.

Usage Time and Overtime

• Rental time includes preparation and cleanup; please return the venue on time to avoid affecting other users.
• Overtime of 15 minutes or more will be charged as half an hour; overtime of more than 30 minutes will be charged as one full hour.
• If the renter is more than 20 minutes late without notice, the venue reserves the right to cancel the booking without refund.

Venue Usage Rules

• The venue may only be used for the purpose stated in the booking; subleasing is not allowed without permission. To change the usage purpose, please contact customer service via WhatsApp.
• Users must wear appropriate clothing and footwear when entering the dance studio.
• High heels are permitted in the venue.
• If intentional severe damage to the venue or its equipment is found, the venue reserves the right to cancel the booking and claim repair costs from the user.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited in the venue. The consumption of food or beverages with strong odors (e.g. durian) is also not allowed within the venue.
  
• Please take away your own rubbish. Put food waste in the rubbish bin outside the venue. Keep the venue clean.
• If a user causes hygiene problems by leaving food waste or bringing food with strong odors, the venue reserves the right to charge a cleaning fee of at least HK$500 and to prohibit that user from applying to use the venue again.

Commercial Use and Filming

• For commercial filming such as movies, advertisements, music videos, etc., please contact customer service via WhatsApp.

Safety and Liability

• Renters must comply with Hong Kong laws and government guidelines and ensure that activities do not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.
• When the Hong Kong Observatory hoists a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, or a Black Rainstorm Warning, the venue will remain open; if the venue is temporarily closed, further notice will be given.
• In case of any disputes, liltlilt.space reserves the final decision right.
